  1. Figures are for characters with a speed of 30 ft. For characters with a speed of 20 ft. the penalty is halved, and for creatures with a speed of 60 ft. the penalty is doubled.
  2. Armor is considered clothing, and other characters do not assume you are wearing armor. All penalties still apply.
  3. When running in heavy armor, you move only triple your speed, not quadruple.
