The Bakiraka are a clan of Kushan assassins banished from their homeland for transgressions against the great Emperor Ganishka comprised of the thin man, the frog, the imp, the javelin thrower, the woman, the four Tapasa, and their leader Silat. They have a strict moral code banning taking pleasure in assassination. The imp is the smallest of the Bakiraka, and uses a blowgun to assist his comrades in their own assassination techniques while hiding within walls.
