Pararamichloridium is a genus of fungi in the monotypic family Pararamichloridiaceae and within the monotypic order of Pararamichloridiales and also in the subclass Hypocreomycetidae. They are saprobic (processing of decayed (dead or waste) organic matter) on wood in terrestrial and freshwater habitats.
