Cossack Mamay

Cossack Mamay or Kozak Mamai (Ukrainian: Козак Мамай, in less significant variants also named as Cossack banduryst) is a Ukrainian folkloric hero, one of the standard characters in traditional Ukrainian itinerant puppet theater, the Vertep.
