Treasure (Dragon Ball Supplement)

Diversified Genetics

Your biology has been permanently modified by advanced science, powerful magic, or both. You gain the racial traits of one race of your choice, and count as that race for the sake of technique requirements.

Eternal Youth

You have been granted eternal youth through constant consumption of paradise herb or cybernetic augmentation. You no longer age, are immune to disease and poisons, and you enter your physical prime.

Phoenix Immortality

You have been granted immortality from a phoenix. You can not die from old age, poison, or disease, but you are still effected by them.

Elixir of Life

You have drank deeply from the Fountain of Youth. You can not be killed by taking damage or by being killed instantly. If you are reduced to 0 hit points, you become unconscious. You may lose this condition by regaining at least 1 hit point. Additionally, your limbs regain 1/4 their maximum hit points at the end of each of your turns.

True Immortality

You have been granted immortality that only a wish can grant. You gain the Elixir of Life and Phoenix Immortality boons.

Enlightened Training

You have gained knowledge and strength beyond your power level. You may take 1 technique of the DM's choice. This technique can be of a higher tier (i.e. Fundamental, Basic, Advanced, Super, Legendary, Godly, Beyond Godly), but for every tier above those you have access to, it counts as 1 additional technique for your technique limit. If it is within the tiers you know, it counts as half a technique for your technique limit. If it already counted as half a technique, it instead does not count against your technique limit.

Vampire Lord

You've achieved a new level with your vampiric powers, now being able to call yourself a true vampire lord. Vampiric Power now counts as a supplementary transformation, it loses its Ki and hit point drain, and doesn't count towards the number of techniques you can have.

In addition, you receive the following techniques:

Prerequisites: Must have Vampire Lord.

10 Ki Points

As part of landing an unarmed strike while in the Vampiric Power transformation, the targetted creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they gain the Vampire Power technique and must always have it equipped, swapping out any technique of their choice in case there is no available slot. On a success, they become immune to this technique.

A creature may choose to willingly fail this saving throw. This technique does not work on Constructs, Celestials or Undead.

The technique's effects can be reversed by a greater restoration, remove curse spell or similar effect.

Seat of Korin

You hold the seat of your planet's guardian's gatekeeper, attending to problems that do not require their unrivaled power. Only one creature can have this boon at a time, gained by sitting in the physical Seat of Korin with consent from the current Korin. A second creature may have this by fusing, absorbing, or otherwise combining with the holder of this boon, allowing a second creature to gain this boon traditionally. You gain the following techniques:

Senzu Bean Creation

Requirements: Seat of Korin

Components: 1 seed

Cost: 10 ki points

Channeling ki into the seed over the course of 1 hour, you transform it into a senzu bean creation. When planted, the seed immediately begins to grow for 5 months. This process creates a single bean, and a single seed. Beans can be consumed or planted, acting identically seeds in the latter case. Beans must have at least 20 ft. between them to grow.

Power Pole Creation

Requirements: Seat of Korin

Components: 1 stick worth at least 20 gp

Cost: 10 ki points

Channeling ki into the stick over the course of 1 hour, you transform it into a power pole.

Nimbus Creation

Requirements: Seat of Korin

Cost: 10 ki points

Channeling ki into the very clouds around you over the course of 1 hour, you create one flying nimbus.

Tower Lightning

Requirements: Seat of Korin

Cost: 0 ki points

As a free action, you may fire a bolt of lightning that is a 500,000 ft. tall line anywhere within 90 ft. of the physical Seat of Korin except attop the seat itself. Any creature hit by this must attempt a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 6d10 lightning damage and are stunned. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Seat of Kami

You hold the seat of your planet's guardian, attending to your planet's needs in ways only you can. Only one creature can have this boon at a time, gained by sitting in the physical Seat of Kami with consent from the current Kami. A second creature may have this by fusing, absorbing, or otherwise combining with the holder of this boon, allowing a second creature to gain this boon traditionally. You can sense creatures with godly ki, and you gain the Magic Materialization and Instant Transmission techniques.

Seat of Kai

Since the universe is so big, four people had to be chosen to observe and look after each of the four cardinal directions of the universe (North, South, East, West) and one to guide them, known as the Grand Kai. As a Kai you are now in charge of observing and looking after one of the four pieces of the universe and looking after the living beings in that part of it, along with obeying the Grand Kai and the Supreme Kai. Only 5 creatures can have this Epic Boon at a time (one for each cardinal direction and the Grand Kai above them), and only if one of these creatures dies can a new Kai be chosen. You gain the Ki Sense Technique, can sense creatures with godly ki, and you gain the Telepathy, Advanced Telepathy techniques.

God Of Destruction

"Before Creation comes Destruction." This is a common phrase to describe the mentality of those who take the position of God of Destruction (G.O.D), also known as a Destroyer. With a mind filled only with the desire to erase things from existence, these divine beings exist for the job of maintaining the balance of life in the universe, being a creature defined by the universe and accompanied by an Angel to keep it on track. Only one being can be one Destroyer per universe and their life is linked to the Grand Supreme Kai of the same universe, so once one of the two dies, so does the other.

Once a G.O.D has been chosen, they receive the Epic Boon Eternal Youth, receive the Destroyer Mode Transformation, Hakai Technique, can sense Godly Ki and can only be sensed by creatures that can sense Godly Ki.

Mutant

Mutants are individuals who have power far beyond what their race would usually entail. When you gain this boon, you gain the effects of either the Frost Demon or Saiyan Mutant. This boon cannot be taken twice and you can't benefit from the Mutant Feat and the effect of this Epic Boon at the same time, if you gain this Epic Boon and already have the Mutant Feat, you must take another feat in place of it (That you meet it's requirement).

Frost Demon Mutant

You were born with power that rivals some of the strongest beings in the universe. Due to the sheer heights of this power, having proper Ki control is incredibly hard. You gain a base form with the following:

Base Form

Cost: Your Proficiency Bonus in ki.

Requirements: Frost Demon

Your naturally high potential manifests itself in your Base Form, causing you to have naturally high ki drain at all times. You receive 12 points to increase any of your Strength, Dexterity, Constitution and Wisdom scores in any way, and you must spend ki equal to half your Proficiency Bonus at the end of every turn. These are permanent features regardless of your current form. When using any Frost Demon form below True Form, their benefits are instead considered negatives and are doubled (Muscular Form would give you a -4 to Str, Dex, and Con), but the cost to enter those forms is reduced to 0, and the amount you subtract from your stats also subtracts from the ki cost of Base Form, allowing you to conserve ki by entering lower forms. Additionally, you can not use Ki Suppression while under the effects of True Form or higher. When applying a Grade Transformation to Base Form, the Grade Transformation technique is considered a full technique instead of half a technique. Using Frost Demon forms higher than True Form requires you spend an additional amount of Ki per turn equal to 1/4th of your Proficiency Bonus (rounded up), and they gain a bonus to their score improvements equal to the same amount (rounded down).

Minimal Form

Requirements: Frost Demon

Transformation: Base

As an action, you seal away large portions of your power with this form to prevent ki drain. You gain the following:

• Your Strength, Dexterity, Constitution and Wisdom scores are reduced to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus, unless your score would be naturally lower.
• You gain the effects of Ki Suppression.
• You gain none of the benefits of Base Form, and do not have to maintain the cost of it.

Saiyan Mutant

Born as a prodigy among your race, you have a much deeper well of power than most Saiyans. You gain the following:

Full Power Form

Cost: 4 ki points

Transformation: Base

Requirements: Saiyan

Your mutation manifests in forms which grant you unrivaled power, typically at the cost of your sanity. As a bonus action, your draw out more potential from your current form, causing your Ki to turn a vibrant green, alongside your hair when in Super Saiyan. You gain the following effects:

• Your Strength, Dexterity and Constitution score increases by your proficiency bonus times three.
• Your aura radiates bright light for +5 feet and dim light for another +5 feet.
• You can not use Ki Suppression.
• You become berserk.
• You must ki points equal to 4 + your proficiency bonus at the end of each of your turns to maintain this form. You cannot reduce this cost for this technique below your proficiency bonus.

This Transformation does not count against your Technique limit. You cannot reduce the ki maintenance cost of this technique by applying Grades. While you may benefit from this Transformation and Super Saiyan at the same time, you cannot benefit from Full Power Form, Super Saiyan, and another form of your choice at the same time unless you first apply Grade 4 to the Super Saiyan form.
