Master Necromancer
Prerequisites: _The ability to cast a spell or cantrip_
You've mastered making all things dead your servant and making all things living dead. Necrotic veil - Gain resistance to all sources of necrotic damage. Rot - When you make a successful attack to an enemy you may choose to activate this ability, the target make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or start to fester rot from the point of the wound until the start of your next turn. While rotting, a creature takes an extra die of damage from all sources. This ability can be used up to the castor's spell casting stat, restore 1d4/2 (ROUNDED DOWN) at midnight (can equal zero).
