If this item is a potion, drinking it gives you the ability to start casting the spell once before the end of your next turn. If the item has a casting time of an action or bonus action, you can cast it as part of the action you used to drink this potion.
If this item is a wand, it has 6 charges and it regains 1d4 + 1 charges each dawn. For any other item, the item has 3 charges and regains 1d3 charges each dawn. In either case you can use this item to cast the determined spell by expending a number of charges equal to the spell's level. For a cantrip, this is 0 charges.
For this spell the casting ability modifier is +4, the spell save DC is 15, and spell attack roll bonus is +7. You need not supply any material component normally required for this spell.
