Feats (Public Safety Supplement)

Hybrid

Prerequisite: Must be a Human.

Born from an unholy union between Man & Devil, you have emerged as an oddity. Existing in both worlds and neither. You gain the following features:

Demonic Warrior. As a hybrid you have a number of levels in either Devourer or Fear Master equal to your own level. Any features you gain from your Devil class you may only use while transformed, excluding Health Increases, Ability Score Increases, Extra Attack, Blood Points, and Regeneration features.

Fear of Humanity. Choose a Devil type from the Devil Race, while transformed you gain all the subrace traits of that devil type excluding speed, size, and abilities unlocked by fear levels. You can unlock fear levels by meeting their requirements, you gain 75 fear levels every level and you can gain fear points by putting creatures under the frightened condition (Akin to the Fear Empowerment system). Whenever you make a creature stop being frightened of you, do actions that make humanoid creatures appreciate you, you will lose 1 fear level. When using your Devil Powers, you have a number of usages equal to your level times 2 + your Charisma modifier.

Strongest Human. You gain a +4. You may distribute this +4 in your physical scores. For example, you can put 2 in Strength and 2 in Dexterity. Additionally, you gain a Body Feat of your choice that you meet the prerequisites of and your Hit Die increases by 1 tier (1d6 -> 1d8 -> 1d10…). The maximum for your ability scores increases to 24.

Demonic Transformation. While your body may appear very humanoid for the majority of your time, you can change that with the flick of your wrist and transform into your devil’s form.

To transform you must spend an action to make a DC 10 skill check. The skill used for your activation must correlate with your activation trigger. For example, if it involves pulling something, the check should use athletics or sleight of hand. If you fail the check, you don’t transform and lose a number of blood points equal to your Constitution modifier, on success you transform and gain a second action until the end of your turn. You can stay transformed for a number of minutes equal to your level, you may use an action while transformed to use a number of blood points equal to your Constitution modifier to reset the duration.

Inhuman Cell Growth. With your demonic organ fusing with your human body, you have gained one of the strongest biological features of devils, regeneration.

Whenever you successfully activate your transformation you will spend a number of blood points equal to your Constitution score, regaining 10 hit points per blood point spent. Additionally, you use a bonus action while transformed to activate your hybrid trigger to spend the same amount of blood points as your initial transformation, and regain 10 hit points per blood point spent again

Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

Prerequisite: Must be a Devil, cannot be of Evil Alignment.

Your connection to human roots has made you appear more humanoid, allowing you to seamlessly blend in with society. You gain the following features:

Condensed Power. Due to your human body, you’ve lost all the physical features from your Devil that would affect your physical form such as additional appendages and your size is reduced to medium (or small if your devil is recently incarnated, after a year they’ll become medium). For every size category your size is reduced by, your stats increase by 1.

Demonic Human. you have a number of levels in either Bastion, Duelist, or Flanker equal to your own level, you do not gain any Extra Attack features gained from this class.

Totally Human Your appearance lacks many features of a devil, thus making you appear as a normal human. You have advantage on Deception checks to pass yourself as a human, and creatures have disadvantage on Insight checks to identify you as a devil. A creature with 18 or higher Intelligence who's seen you use your devil powers or a creature whose known you for 1 year or longer will lose the disadvantage.

Inhuman Cell Growth. With your smaller form, you’ve become more durable as a result of condensing. As a bonus action, you may spend a number of blood points up to your Charisma + proficiency bonus, regaining a number of hit points equal to your Constitution x the amount spent x your level.

Truly Horrifying

Prerequisite: Must be a Devil

You are naturally born scarier than other devils, allowing you to become more feared faster. Anytime you gain a Fear Level, the amount you gain is doubled.

Dexterous

Prerequisites: 15+ Dexterity

You've trained your dexterity further than most creatures. You gain the following:

• You can use Dexterity instead of Strength when calculating your Unarmored Defense.
• You may perform the Dodge action as a bonus action a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier per long rest.

Unrelenting Body

Prerequisites: 15 Constitution

Your body is unrelenting even against the most destructive blows, This allows you to gain the following:

• You add your Constitution modifier twice when calculating your hp.
• You reduce all damage that isn’t psychic by your Constitution modifier.
• You have advantage against saving throws that gave the poisoned condition.

Unbreakable Body

Prerequisites: 15 Constitution, Unrelenting Body

Your body has gone from being unrelenting to now being unbreakable in the standards of your race, This makes you one of the most resilient of your kind. You gain the following:

• You have advantage against death saving throws

• You now reduce all damage except psychic by your constitution modifier added twice

• Your limb hp increases by 1 die tier(Max d12)

Mastered Hybrid Physique

Prerequisites: Must be level 16 or higher, Hybrid

You’ve passed through the body of a superhuman, and have reached godlike power.

You gain a +4. You may distribute this +4 in your physical scores. For example, you can put 2 in Strength and 2 in Dexterity. Additionally, you may gain one of the following peaks:

• Muscle. Your melee attacks deal an additional amount of damage die equal to your Strength modifier.
• Speed. Your movement speed doubles.
• Endurance. The amount of hit points you gain from Inhuman Cell Growth doubles.

The DC to activate your hybrid form is reduced from 10 to 5.

Very Resistant

Prerequisites: At least 7th level.

You can choose one additional saving throw to gain the benefits of the Resistant feature.

You may take this feat multiple times.

Calculated

Prerequisites: Level 10+

You’ve faced many trials as a result of an opponent passing through your defences and tactics, as such you’ve adapted to use other methods.

You gain the following benefits:

• If you have a DC based on a physical stat (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution), you may use a different physical stat.
• If you have a DC based on a mental stat (Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma), you may use a different mental stat.

Experienced

Prerequisites: 18+ Wisdom

You've lived through a lot, gaining life experience along the way. You gain the following:

• Your Proficiency bonus increased by 1.
• You may take this feat multiple times, with a Wisdom prerequisite increases by 2. (18 -> 20 -> 22...)

Mastered Accuracy

Prerequisites: Must have scored at least 3 critical hits in melee or ranged attack rolls in a single battle.

After becoming a master at hitting foes, you’ve learnt how and where to hit to ensure a solid strike.

Whenever you have Advantage on a weapon attack roll, you may roll 3 dice rather than 2, and take the highest of the result. You may do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Silver Tongue

Prerequisites: Human, Wisdom or Intelligence 14 or higher, 15 Charisma

You’ve realized that devils are quite easy for you to swoon into making contracts with them, Either via the way you look or talk this allows you to gain multiple contracts with multiple or the same devil. You gain the following benefits:

• You now add your proficiency bonus when calculating your contract amount.

• Your Charisma score increases by 1

Experienced Contractor

Prerequisites: Intelligence or Wisdom 16, 17 Charisma, Human, Must have Silver Tongue feat.

You now have advanced to becoming an experienced contractor! Convincing Devils into making contracts is child’s play to you, You may even make contracts where you gain more benefits than the Devil itself! You gain the following benefits:

• You can make additional contracts now equal to your proficiency bonus+ half of your charisma, wisdom or intelligence modifiers

• Your Charisma, Wisdom or Intelligence modifier increases by 1

• You have advantage in persuasion checks against Devils.

Immense Devil Power

Prerequisites: Hybrid, Fiend or Devil, A 16 Charisma.

Your power is far greater than your average devil, Allowing you to have increased stamina and usage of your features. You gain a number of additional uses equal to half of your proficiency bonus.

Overflowing Devil Power

Prerequisites: Hybrid, Fiend or Devil, A 18 Charisma, Immense Devil Power feat.

Your devil power has further evolved, Becoming greater most devils in the world and being deemed as unstable to humans. You now gain a number of additional uses equal to your proficiency bonus + half your Charisma mod.

Booner

Prerequisites: 14 Constitution score or above.

You have experienced many battles and are exceptional at learning from them. You gain 2 Superhuman boons that you meet the requirements of from the Bastion class, and one more at 13th and 17th levels.

You gain a number of endurance points equal to twice your Constitution modifier. An endurance point is expended when you use it. You regain all expended spectacle dice when you finish a short or long rest.

Showmen

Prerequisites: 14 Dexterity score or above.

You have experienced many battles and are exceptional at learning from them. You gain 2 Spectacles that you meet the requirements of from the Duelist class, and one more at 13th and 17th levels.

You gain a number of spectacle dice equal to your Dexterity modifier, once which are d6s. A spectacle dice is expended when you use it. You regain all expended spectacle dice when you finish a short or long rest. At 5th level, the dice becomes a d8. At 11th level, the dice becomes a d10. At 17th level, the dice becomes a d12.

Invoking True Fear

Prerequisites: 200 Fear Levels or higher, 18 Charisma or more, and must be a Devil.

During your downtime you enjoy casting immense fear upon the humans in extremely populated areas. During a long rest you may gain your Charisma modifier + 1 in Fear Levels, Additionally any and all ways of gaining fear increases by your Charisma modifier + 1 however this does not affect the long rest feature.

Rapid Strikes

Prerequisites: 18 Dexterity score or above.

After attacking and becoming faster, you’ve learnt how to push your speed to improve your attacking power.

If you don’t have disadvantage on an attack roll, you may perform one more attack as part of the same action. You may do this a number of times equal to half your Dexterity modifier per long rest.

Devil Transformation

Prerequisites: Can only be obtained by making a contract with a Devil. Must not be a Devil or a Fiend.

After making a contract with a devil, you received a part of their body which allowed you to gain a part of their powers. You gain the following benefits:

• Your Strength, Dexterity, Constitution and Charisma scores increase by +4, including their maximums.
• You gain all of the devil's devil power features up to 10th level.
• You now regain 1 fear point at the beggining of your turns, with the maximum being your level. These fear points are used to fuel your devil power features.
• Your appearance will drastically change to a more monstrous form, becoming much similar to the devil you made a contract with. You gain all of their devil biology features, however you still retain your old race's capabilities.
• You will gain their regeneration feature, with your regeneration die being a d8.

You can only gain this feat once, and can only rever the devil transformation by making another contract.
