Feats

The Following feats are all available to characters with levels in the Ki Martial Artist. Certain feats may also be taken by Characters outside of this class.

Background Feats

All of these feats are only obtainable when creating your character, they do not spend a feat slot but you must ask your gm if you have permission to use them.
Android Augmentation Prerequisites: Must Have gotten the surgery to augment your body. Surgery must be performed by someone with the Super Genius feat, cannot be a Majin. You gain the following benefits: When augmented, your creator may choose to make you either and Energy Absorption Model or an Infinite Energy Model, your DM must approve of the one you choose. You gain a +6 Bonus to all Physical Ability Scores. You can not be detected by any form of ki or life sensing. You have the capacity to learn Module Techniques, if you find the module for a technique and sync with it for one minute, you may upload it to your software. Your Ki will return to maximum at the beginning of your turns. You will only gain this benefit if you are an Infinite Energy Model android. You may use your reaction to Absorb any tangible Ki based Ability, nullifying it, and gaining an amount of ki equal to the amount of ki spent on the technique, aditionally, as part of the attack action, you can replace any number of attacks with an attempt to absorb energy from the target, roll an unnarmed strike as normal, on a hit, you'll absorb a base roll of your unnarmed strike in Ki from the creature, absorbing it to yourself. This cannot go above your maximum, and any excess energy will be expelled from your body afterwards. You will only gain this benefit if you are an Energy Absorption Model android. You cannot use the Ki charge feature. Optional Feature: Bomb. If you so desire, your creator may have installed a self-destruct device on your body, granting you the Self-Destruct technique. Super Genius You were born with supreme intelligence, your mind in something that can’t be compared to that of common people. Your Intelligence increases by 10 and goes up by 1 every level you get. You have expertise in all intelligence skill checks and on intelligence saving throws, you may also pick 2 other skills to gain either proficiency or expertise if you already had them, but they must be mental ones. You are able to build any item that is classified as technology as long as you have the resources, you can make common items in 1 minute, uncommon in 5, rare in 20, very rare in 2 hours, legendary in 2 days and artifacts in a week to more(your dm decides, they can also change the time for specific items if they wish), fixing things takes half the time. You are able to grant the Android Augmentation Feat if you have blueprints, if you try it without blueprints, the subject has an 80% chance of death from the surgery. If you successfully perform the augmentation once without blueprints, you can catalog your research and make your own. You can make Full Androids, they are considered artifacts and take a number of months equal to their level/CR to be made. You can make Bio-Androids, although you need several DNA samples to do it and they take a minimum of 20 years to be finished, they can only be of the Insectoid-Model. You can learn any language in 1 hour as long as you have a way to study it. You are considered proficient with any piece of technology that requires it. If your mother or father had this feat, you have a 40% chance of having it. Early Training You were trained from a very young age by a family member or martial arts master. You gain the following benefits: You start with one technique you can meet the prerequisites from(if it requires training by someone you count as meeting this requirement) and with 20 training points.(For every level above 1 the character being made has, increase the training points gained by 20) Reincarnated Prerequisites: Must be a different race from your past life. You are the reincarnation of a previous deceased warrior. You gain all of the ki points your previous life had added into yours and every time you use your Training feature, you gain 3 times as much, you may also learn any technique your previous life had for only half the training points. Additionally, you gain any Ki Feats they had. Design Note: This is very DM dependent and is for characters made late into campaigns or on campaigns that take place after a pre-established story(such as canon DB) or that take place after an already finished campaign. Super Elite Prerequisites: Must be a Saiyan You were born on the higher class of the saiyan race, making you a naturaly talented warrior, you gain the following benefits: You receive 1.5x the TP from training You take half the time to learn techniques Your strength or dexterity increase by 2 as well as your wisdom Mutant You were born different than most of the other in your race as a result of a genetic mutation, different races get different features from this feat, as follows: Saiyan Mutant. As a saiyan mutant, you gain the following benefits: You Gain a +8 bonus to your physical ability scores. Your Ki pool is increased by your level times two. Only one saiyan in a single universe may have this feat. As your Ki is incredibly intense and hard to control, you may not access god ki. When faced with a challenge beyond your own power, your body and energy rapidly mutate, granting you a form of perpetual growth during combat. When you are in combat against an opponent that has domination levels over you, your mutant abilities will cause you to evolve. Every time your turn starts, your battle power will multiply by 1.5 and your physical ability scores will increase by 2. This will happen until your battle power is equal to or above the opponent, if you benefit from this 5 times, you become berserk, targeting the creature that is triggering your evolution. Upon receiving this benefit a total of 10 times in one combat, you are forced into your Ikari transformation and continue to be berserk, you can then only evolve 5 more times before having to transform again, after which you may once again evolve 10 more times. if you have no more transformations, your evolution is stopped until you unlock one. As soon as the battle is finished, you loose the bonuses gained from this feature but gain 1/3 of them as a permanent buff. Frost Demon Mutant. As a frost demon mutant, you gain the following benefits: You gain a +6 bonus to all physical ability scores. Your movement speed doubles, and any permanent increases to your movement speed double. Your Ki pool increases by your level times three. Your gain four times the TP from using the training feature. If multiple Frost Demons possess this feat, they must be related. Your intense power is hard to control, and you have created lesser forms to suppress your power as to not damage yourself and others. Your may unlock your final form through training and unlocking the transformations in the Transformations page. Namekian Mutant. As a Namekian mutant you gain the following benefits: You gain +8 to Con and Str and +6 to Wis Your healing feature has its dice doubled Your size does not change from the Namekian aging system and you only gain the beneficial stat changes. You may pick two subraces instead of one. You may meditate as a form of training, which gives you double the training points. Earthling Mutant. As an Earthling mutant you gain the following benefits: You gain +8 to two physical stat of your choice, +6 to Wis and +2 to either Int or Cha Your hitpoints go up by 2 every level You receive double the training points from the training feature Anytime you receive the ability score improvement feature, you gain twice the amount You may learn any technique at half the time Cerealian Mutant. As a Cerealian mutant you gain the following benefits: You gain +8 to Dex and Wis Your Red Eye becomes a Crimson Eye, the range on your ki sense instead quadruples you can see up to 3 miles and gain expertise in perception. When you receive your second one, your ki sense range quadruples once again, you can see up to 8 miles and you add 2 extra dice to your critical hits Your ki pool doubles When you use your Ki Sniper feature on techniques with a line range, it multiplies your Dex mod by 20 instead of 10 You gain double the training points for the Training feature Mimicry You were born with the amazing ability to learn things from simply looking at it once. If you ever see someone use a technique that you meet the prerequisites, you may choose to learn it on the spot for only half the training points. You learn the technique at its lowest masterly level, but you are able to pay the training points required to upgrade it the moment you learn it to have it at higher mastery levels. Time Manipulator You were born with the ability to manipulate time by use of your ki, you are now able to learn and create Time Techniques.

Technique Feats

These feats can all be taken to learn the basics of some more unique and obscure ki techniques
Magic Rookie Prerequisites: 16 Intelligence. Your Intelligence increases by 1. Your may learn Basic Magic Techniques Hypnosis Rookie Prerequisites: 16 Charisma Your Charisma score increases by 1. You may learn Basic Hypnosis Techniques Advanced Magic Prerequisites: 28 Intelligence, Magic Rookie Feat. Your Intelligence increases by 2. Your may learn Advanced Magic Techniques Advanced Hypnosis Prerequisites: 24 Charisma, Hypnosis Rookie Feat Your Charisma score increases by 2. You may learn Advanced Hypnosis Techniques You can target an extra number of people equal to your proficency bonus when you use a Hypnosis Technique Magic Expert Prerequisites: 32 Intelligence, Advanced Magic Feat. Your Intelligence increases by 4. Your may learn Expert Magic techniques Hypnosis Expert Prerequisites: 30 Charisma, Advanced Hypnosis Feat Your Charisma score increases by 4. You can now target an extra number of people equal to double your proficency bonus when you use a Hypnosis Technique Your Hypnosis Techniques have their cost reduced by your proficiency bonus Your DC for Hypnosis Techniques increases by your proficiency bonus Your Hypnosis techniques ignore immunities to the effects they would cause

Body Feats

A fighter could never keep up if they didn't enhance their body! Body feats serve to enhance phisical atributes about your character.
Strong Body Prerequisites: 15 constitution You have proven yourself to be very durable, making taking you down a very hard task. You will gain the following benefits: Your Constitution score increases by 2. You will now add your Constitution modifier twice when calculating your total hit point per level. You will reduce all damage but psychic and thunder by your Constitution modifier, although ki attacks or magic can bypass through it. (Unless if you are under the effect of ki armor) Human Wall Prerequisites: 18 constitution, Strong Body Your endurance is from out of this world, no matter what you're not going down in the battlefield. You will gain the following benefits: You have advantage on Constitution saving throws. Your hit point maximum increases by your level times 3 and will by an additional 3 hitpoints every time you gain a level. As a reaction upon hitting 0 hit points, you can spend a hit die to fall to the amount rolled in hit points. This may be used as many times as your constitution modifier before taking a long rest. Big Muscles Prerequisites: 17 strength You've noticed that your strength growth is unlike anyone else's. You gain the following benefits: Your strength score increases by 2 Your unarmed strikes dice increase by 2 tiers You count as one size larger Bigger Muscles Prerequisites: 26 strength, Big Muscles Feat You have trained your strength so far it is compared to that of titans!. You gain the following benefits: You count as two sizes larger Your unarmed strike die increases by 2 tiers You become proficient in the Athletics skill if you were not already proficient. If you were proficient in Athletics, you gain expertise instead. Lastly, if you already possess expertise in Athletics then you can add your proficiency to all Strength checks you make. Any attack that uses strength deals triple damage to structures Due to your massive muscles you have made your blows so powerful it affects creatures nearby. As an action you can perform a super punch. This super punch causes every creature within a 15 foot cone in front of you to make a strength saving throw (the DC being 8 + your strength modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failure they take 1 roll of your unarmed strike upgraded by 1 tier, the creatures are sent back a number of feet equal to 15 times your strength modifier and for every 10ft they travel they take 1d8. On a success they are able to withstand the wind pressure and they take 1 roll of your unarmed strike halved. Whenever you make an attack against a creature you are currently grappling, you may forgo that attack and instead drag them across a solid surface. You make a contested strength (Athletics) against the creature who contests via strength (Athletics) or dexterity (Acrobatics). On a successful check you drag them on a hard surface for a number of feet equal to your current movement speed and every 10 feet you travel the creature you are grappling takes 1d10. On a success they escape the grapple and move 10 feet away from you. Sonic Speed Prerequisites: 17 Dexterity or more You focused part of your training into attaining new levels of speed and agility. You will gain the following benefits: Your Dexterity increases by 2 Your movement speed increases by 20ft. Your receive an additional reaction. Blinding Speeds Prerequisites: 26 dexterity, Sonic Speed Feat Your speed has evolved so intensely you are now massively faster than lightning. You gain the following benefits: If an action or feature increases any of your speeds, it is further increased by a number of feet equal to 10 times your Dexterity modifier (A minimum of 5ft). You gain proficiency in one Dexterity skill of your choice or expertise if you were already proficient in the chosen skill. You can also add half of your proficiency bonus to all Dexterity checks you make that you weren't already proficient in. You may perform the Dash action or make a Skill Check you are proficient in as a free action. Whenever you take a reaction, you may move up to your full movement speed as a part of that reaction. Whenever you move into the range of a creature or a creature enters your range, you can make an attack against that creature as a reaction and also move half your movement speed away. Resilient Prerequisites: 15 constitution Your resilience is no joke, enabling you to survive much more than normal fighters during long periods of fighting. All of your Hit Dice increase in size by one step, and as a result, your hit points increase by an amount equal to your level + 1. Whenever you gain Hit Die and hit points after you have acquired this feat, your newly gained Hit Die is treated as though it was one size larger. You can take this feat any number of times, but you cannot increase a Hit Die above d20. Very Resistant Prerequisites: 7th level You can choose one additional saving throw to gain the benefits of the Resistant feature. You may take this feat multiple times.

Ki Feats

One's ki couldn't be more important in battle, sometimes being the sole decisor of the winner. The Ki feats can be used to increase your ki control to another levels.
Wide Reserves Prerequisites: 15 Wisdom or more The amount of ki you contain in your body is higher than the average mortal, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 1 You may now add your wisdom a second time to your ki total, as well as your proficiency bonus Gigantic Reserves Prerequisites: 18 Wisdom or more, Wide Reserves Your ki reserves are truly impressive even for already experienced fighters, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 1 You may now add half of your character level to your ki total, as well as your proficiency bonus once again Insane Reserves Prerequisites: 26 Wisdom or more, Gigantic Reserves Your ki reserves are out of this world, you are on a whole different level compared to the average warrior, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 1 You may now add your wisdom modifier once again as well as half your character level, then your proficiency bonus once again Bottomless Reserves Prerequisites: 40 Wisdom or more, Insane Reserves Your ki reserves know no bounds, the amount of ki you contain has been compared to the vastness of a universe, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 2 You may now add your level and your wisdom modifier two more times to your ki total Spirit Control Prerequisites:Training from a Yardratian, 34 Wisdom Your training gave you great spirit control, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 2 Your Ki Pool goes up by your Wisdom score You are now able to learn Spirit Control Techniques Your Ki Sense range is multiplied by 10. The damage tier of your techniques go up by one The range and/or size of your techniques are tripled Techniques with damage dice have the number of dice increased by your proficency bonus Your technique DC increase by 2 Advanced Spirit Control Prerequisites:Training from a Yardratian, Spirit Control Feat, 44 Wisdom Your training has made you obtain a advanced spirit control, you gain the following benefits: Your Wisdom goes up by 2 Your Ki Pool goes up by your Wisdom score times 1.5 You are now able to learn Advanced Spirit Control Techniques Your Ki Sense range is multiplied by 30. The damage tier of your techniques go up by one The range and/or size of your techniques are doubled Techniques with damage dice have the number of dice increased by your proficency bonus Your technique DC increase by 3 Healer Prerequisites:Be a Supreme Kai attendant/disciple or have the Advanced Spirit Control Feat or have the Magic Expert Feat You gain the ability to learn and create Healing techniques.
