What is a Carnivalite

Carnivalites are individuals who possess supernatural abilities known as Branches of Sin. These individuals have been infected with a mysterious virus and are forced to participate in deadly games within the twisted prison known as Deadman Wonderland. Through their Branches of Sin, they can unleash devastating attacks and manipulate their surroundings.

Creating a Carnivalite

Quick Build

Class Features

As a you gain the following class features.

Hit Points

Hit Dice: 1d10 per level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 1d10 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d10 (or 6) + Constitution modifier per level after 1st

Proficiencies

Armor: Light armor, medium armor
Weapons: Simple weapons
Tools: None
Saving Throws: Dexterity, Constitution
Skills: Choose two skills from Acrobatics, Athletics, Insight, Intimidation, Perception, and Sleight of Hand

Equipment

You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:

  • (a) a dagger or (b) a shortsword
  • (a) a light crossbow and 20 bolts or (b) any simple weapon
  • (a) a dungeoneer's pack or (b) an explorer's pack
  • Studded leather armor and a Deadman Wonderland ID card

Ability Score Improvement

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
