Book of Souls (Jujutsu Kaisen Supplement)

The Book of Souls was created by a Special Grade Sorcerer, containing all of their studies on the soul. If a creature spends 2 hours during a long rest reading this book, it gains 1 Soul Knowledge at the end of said rest. A creature can gain up to 25 Soul Knowledge with this book, before gathering all information they possibly can.

A creature needs prior soul understanding before reading the book to truly utilize its information, if a creature doesn't have at least 1 Soul Knowledge they do not gain Soul Knowledge after reading the book.
