Zrazy (Polish: zrazy [ˈzrazɘ], Lithuanian: zrazai or mušti suktinukai) is a meat roulade dish popular in Poland (Silesian rouladen), western Belarus and Lithuania. Its origin can be traced back to the times of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
