Abdul Zahir Tanin (Pashto: ظاهر طنين, Dari: ظاهر طنین; born 1 May 1956) is an Afghan diplomat who served as the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Kosovo, and thus head of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), from October 2015 to November 2021.
