Zacharias Aprem

Zacharias Aprem (born 11 March 1966) was the Metropolitan of the Adoor-Kadampanad Diocese and served as the assistant metropolitan of the Southwest American Diocese from 20 September 2017 to 3 November 2022. He was relieved from his administrative duties and responsibilities on 23 May 2025 by the Holy Episcopal Synod of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church following his controversial remarks about the Church's Constitution.
