Yuan Rongxiang

Yuan Rongxiang (Chinese: 袁荣祥, March 1955 -), was born in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. He was formerly the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.
