Volodymyr Stefanovych Biletskyy (Ukrainian: Володимир Стефанович Білецький; born 26 January 1950) is a Ukrainian mining engineer, D.Sc. scientist, and researcher in the field of coal mining, publisher and political scientist. He has published many technical articles on the subject of mining, and was the initiator and editor of the first Ukrainian Mining Encyclopedia.
