Vladimir Sergeyevich Lisin (born 7 May 1956) is a Russian billionaire businessman. He is the chairman and majority shareholder of Novolipetsk (NLMK), one of the four largest steel companies in Russia.

According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index and Forbes, in 2025 he is the second richest man in Russia; behind Alexey Mordashov and 64th richest in the world with an estimated net worth of US$30.0 billion. In 2022 Forbes rating, Lisin dropped to third place among Russian billionaires, behind Andrey Melnichenko and Vladimir Potanin, his fortune estimated at $22.1 billion.
