Vladimir Pavlovich Biryukov (Russian: Владимир Павлович Бирюков; 10 O.S./22 July 1888–18 June 1971) was a Soviet ethnographer, lexicographer, museum worker, archaeologist, historian, folklorist, and the author of over 30 books. He specifically studied the folklore of the Ural region of Siberia.
