Vital Viktaravich Radzivonaw (Belarusian: Віталь Віктаравіч Радзівонаў; Russian: Виталий Родионов; born 11 December 1983) is a Belarusian former professional footballer who played as a forward. He spent most of his career with BATE Borisov. After retirement, he stayed with BATE as the team's sporting director.
