Victor Emanuel Koenning Jr. (born February 26, 1960) is a former professional American football player, and current Outside Linebacker coach at Louisiana–Monroe. He was the interim head coach at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011 and was the head football coach at the University of Wyoming from 2000 to 2002, where he compiled a record of 5–29.
