Vasyl Hryhorovych Tsybenko (Ukrainian: Василь Григорович Цибенко; born 8 January 1950) is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat, who served as ambassador to Georgia from 2009 to 2015. He was also the ambassador to Kazakhstan from 2001 to 2009. He served as the Governor of Cherkasy Oblast from 1995 to 1998, and as Chairman of Cherkasy Oblast Council from 1994 to 1998.
