Valikamam North Divisional Council (Tamil: வலிகாமம் வடக்கு பிரதேச சபை Valikāmam Vaṭakku Piratēca Capai; VNDC) is the local authority for Valikamam North DS Division in northern Sri Lanka. VNDC is responsible for providing a variety of local public services including roads, sanitation, drains, housing, libraries, public parks and recreational facilities. It has 21 members elected using the open list proportional representation system.
