Utnoor is a census town in Adilabad district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is known for the Neolithic excavations. It is one of the revenue divisions of Utnoor and Adilabad in Adilabad district.
Utnoor comes under khanapur constituency(ST). Present MLA is Vedma Bhojju from INC.

Rail transport -There is no railway station near to Utnur in less than 10 km. How ever there is railway Stations in Near By town Adilabad. From Adilabad we need to take use of road transport to reach Utnoor.
