Ularbeek Zarlykovich Sharsheev (Kyrgyz: Уларбек Зарлыкович Шаршеев; born 17 February 1974) is a Kyrgyz colonel, member of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyz Republic and the head of the State Border Guard Service.
