Tommy Cheung Yu-yan, GBS, JP (Chinese: 張宇人, born 30 September 1949 in Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (LegCo), representing the Catering functional constituencies seats. He is a non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong and is leader of the Liberal Party, having previously served as party chairman from 2016 to 2022.
