Thomas Frederick Schutte (December 19, 1935 – March 26, 2025) was an American academic administrator. He served as the 11th president of Pratt Institute in New York City from 1993 to 2017, as the 14th president of the Rhode Island School of Design from 1983 to 1992, and as president of the Philadelphia College of Art from 1974 to 1982.
