Telchac Puerto Municipality (In the Yucatec Maya Language: “Port of Rain or necessary water”) is a municipality in the Mexican state of Yucatán containing 173.73 square kilometres (67.08 sq mi) of land and located roughly 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of the city of Mérida.
