The Tejano Music Award for Lifetime Achievement Award is an honor presented annually at the Tejano Music Awards. It is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to Tejano music over the course of their entire careers. While the Texas Talent Musician Association has given out "special lifetime" honors since 1993, the first recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award were La Mafia when it was established at the 1999 Tejano Music Awards. The current holders of the award are David Marez and Placido Salazar, who received the award at the 2024 Tejano Music Awards.
