Tamara Rowanne Vrooman, OBC (born June 1968), is a Canadian businesswoman and civil servant. From 2007 until July 2020, she was the CEO of Vancity Credit Union. During the COVID-19 pandemic in British Columbia, Vrooman left Vancity to accept a position as the president and CEO of Vancouver International Airport and the 12th chancellor of Simon Fraser University. Vrooman was British Columbia's first and youngest female deputy minister of Finance. Additionally, she was the chairperson of the Canada Infrastructure Bank from 2021 to 2024.
