Dame Susan Carol Langley DBE (née Walford, 2 July 1963), is a British businesswoman and civic leader.

Langley has been elected to represent Aldgate Ward on the Court of Aldermen since 2018, being the first female Alderwoman for Aldgate. She served as Aldermanic Sheriff of the City of London for 2023/24, and is the Lady Mayor-elect of the City of London for the 2025-2026 term. She will become only the third woman to hold the office of Lord Mayor, and the first styled as Lady Mayor since its establishment in the 13th century.

Langley's business career has been in insurance and financial services. She is the non-executive chair of Gallagher UK since 2015, and a non-executive director of UK Asset Resolution.
