Spas-Demensky District (Russian: Спас-Де́менский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kaluga Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,369 square kilometers (529 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Spas-Demensk. As of the 2021 Census, the total population of the district was 7,369, with the population of Spas-Demensk accounting for 62.0% of that number.
