Slaviša Stojanović (born 6 December 1969) is a Slovenian professional football manager and former player who is the manager of Koper. As manager, Stojanović has won the Slovenian PrvaLiga twice, with Domžale, and the Serbian SuperLiga once, with Red Star Belgrade.
