The sherwood dogfish or Sherwood's dogfish (Scymnodalatias sherwoodi) is a very rare sleeper shark of the family Somniosidae, found only around New Zealand. The only specimen studied was about 80 cm long.
The sherwood dogfish is ovoviviparous.
