Shay Kutten (Hebrew: שי קוטין) is an Israeli computer scientist who holds the William M. Davidson Chair in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He is with the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences.
