Shake, Rattle & Roll XV is a 2014 Filipino horror anthology film directed by Dondon Santos, Jerrold Tarog, and Perci Intalan, and the fifteenth installment of the Shake, Rattle & Roll film series. The film stars an ensemble cast including Erich Gonzales, JC de Vera, Carla Abellana, Dennis Trillo, Lovi Poe, Matteo Guidicelli, and John Lapus.
The film was produced by Regal Entertainment, Inc. The film is an official entry in the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival and was released on December 25, 2014, in Philippine cinemas nationwide. It is the first Filipino full-length film entirely shot on a real airplane as the main setting for the third and final segment "Flight 666". It is also the most expensive installment in the film series, although the film's co-producer Lily Monteverde stated "she doesn't want to reveal its exact budget yet".
The sixteenth and final installment, Shake, Rattle & Roll Extreme, was released in 2023 after a 9-year hiatus.
