Sergey Vladimirovich Yastrzhembsky (Russian: Серге́й Владимирович Ястржембский, Polish: Siergiej Władimirowicz Jastrzębski; born December 4, 1953) is a Russian statesman and diplomat. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. He has been called "the keeper of Vladimir Putin’s secrets".
He was Boris Yeltsin's Spokesperson.
