Sepulka

Sepulkas (Polish: sepulki, singular sepulka) (also sepulcas or scrupts in English translation) are fictional objects mentioned in Stanisław Lem's novels The Star Diaries and Observation on the Spot. The nature of these objects, their physical properties, and their use are mysterious.
