Seasons 52 is an American restaurant and wine bar chain owned by Darden Restaurants founded in 2003. The chain's concept is to deliver a casually sophisticated atmosphere, seasonal menu, and offer fresh ingredients to deliver menu items that are naturally lighter. As of 2023, there are 44 Seasons 52 locations in the United States.
The restaurant's core menu changes four times a year with each season. Additionally, Seasons 52's menu consists of foods under 600 calories, with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available. Brian Phillips, their advanced sommelier, specifically visits different vineyards in order to hand pick wines for Seasons 52. The wine selection changes each season, including a selected "flight" of wines for guests to experience 3 different wines.
During the week (Monday-Friday), Seasons 52 offers lunch menus from open to 2 pm and Happy Hour menus from 3 pm to 6 pm. For certain holidays (primarily Thanksgiving), Seasons 52 offers a special pre-set menu to celebrate the holiday, with the standard Autumn menu available as well.
Along with the standard dining experience, Seasons 52 offers private dining events, offering an optional pre-set menu, closer attention from servers and additional event aids (such as AV technology and internet access).
