Sean Hornbuckle (born September 2, 1985) is an American politician who has served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from the 25th district since 2014. In 2023, Hornbuckle was elected Minority Leader of the House of Delegates. He is the first black floor leader in the West Virginia history.
