Scott Cutler (born 1969) is an American technology executive and is currently CEO of HealthEquity. Cutler was previously the CEO at StockX, executive vice president and head of global listings at the New York Stock Exchange, and an executive at eBay. In August 2017, Cutler was promoted to Senior Vice President, Americas, at eBay following his stint as President of StubHub, an eBay subsidiary.
