Highway 379 is a provincial highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 4 near Wymark to Township Road 132 near McMahon and South Gnadenthal. It is about 18 kilometres (11 mi) long.
The highway passes near the communities of Schoenfeld, Schoenwiese, Chortitz, and Rheinfeld and has a 15-kilometre (9.3 mi) long concurrency with Highway 721.
