Sankt Andreasberg (pronounced [zaŋkt anˈdʁeasˌbɛʁk] ⓘ) is a former independent city in the district of Goslar, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Since 1 November 2011, it has formed part of the town Braunlage. It is situated in the Harz, approximately 7 km (4.3 mi) west of Braunlage proper, and 20 km (12 mi) east of Osterode am Harz.
