Safa Osman Kasap FRSC (born 1953) is a British-Candaian electrical engineer. He is a Distinguished Professor of Optoelectronic Materials and Devices Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan College of Engineering. He was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015 for his contributions to photoconductive sensors for x-ray imaging.
