Roswell Pettibone Flower (August 7, 1835 – May 12, 1899) was an American politician who served as the 30th governor of New York from 1892 to 1894. He also served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1881 to 1883 (NY-11) and from 1889 to 1891 (NY-12).
