Rodney Scott Childers (born June 7, 1976) is an American professional stock car racing crew chief and former driver. He last worked for Spire Motorsports as the crew chief for their No. 7 Chevrolet ZL1 in the NASCAR Cup Series driven by Justin Haley. He most notably worked for Stewart-Haas Racing as the crew chief of their No. 4 Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Cup Series driven by Kevin Harvick. Harvick and Childers won the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship together.
