Remontnensky District (Russian: Ремо́нтненский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 3,779 square kilometers (1,459 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Remontnoye. Population: 19,152 (2010 Census); 21,497 (2002 Census); 23,202 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Remontnoye accounts for 37.6% of the district's total population.
