Quesna (Arabic: قويسنا  pronounced [ʔeˈwesnæ]) is a city in Monufia Governorate, Egypt. It has an area of 49009 feddans (210 square kilometers).

The older name of the city is Qusina (Arabic: قوسينا‎‎‎).
