Portland Environmental Services is a bureau in Portland, Oregon tasked with managing the city’s waste and stormwater as well as restoring watersheds and streams. The current director is set to retire in March 2025.

As of 2025, the city is working on a plan to merge Portland Environmental Services and the Portland Water Bureau into a single bureau. This initiative, called “One Water,” was set in motion by former mayor Ted Wheeler.
