Polychronis Tzortzakis (Greek: Πολυχρόνης Τζωρτζάκης; born 3 January 1989) is a Greek road and track cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team Roojai Insurance. Representing Greece, he competed in the team pursuit event at the 2010 and 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.
