Plaisance (French pronunciation: [plɛzɑ̃s] ⓘ; Occitan: Plasença) is a commune in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. It was created in 1973 by the merger of three former communes: Madacou, Eyrenville and Falgueyrat.
